    One reliable way to distinguish between triglyceride (TG) and ethyl ester (EE) forms is through a solubility test using methanol.
    - If the fish oil is completely soluble in methanol, it indicates the oil is in the ethyl ester (EE) form.
    - If the oil is only partially soluble in methanol, it confirms the oil is in the triglyceride (TG) form.
    We have conducted this solubility test on our product, and the results confirm that our fish oil is in true triglyceride form.
15. Why are P-Anisidine and TOTOX values not applicable to flavoured fish oils?
    Flavouring ingredients (such as lemon flavour) can interfere with these tests and affect the reported values. Therefore, P-Anisidine and TOTOX are not considered reliable quality indicators for flavoured fish oils. The base fish oil used meets applicable Codex and GOED standards.
    
16. Why is flavour added to fish oil?
    Flavour is added to help reduce the natural aroma of fish oil and suppress fishy burps, making the product more pleasant to consume.

    Fish oil is naturally sensitive to oxidation when exposed to oxygen, light, heat, and moisture.
