it tastes very very little sour (most people won't notice it), it micronized crystals which dissolve completely and fast, no smell compared it with on nutrition, trexgenics, natural factors(Canada brand) this one is good asked customer care,they said it is fermented glutamine I used this glutamine to heal my gut, it really helped with zinc,b vitamins,was able to reduce the gut issues. the thing dosage is important for gut heal, normal 5g is not enough this 250g box is good quality, strong, may be used for refilling (if a refilling pouch is available)
