You can track your order anytime using your Order ID or tracking number on our order tracking page. If details aren't visible, the order ID or tracking number is incorrect or the order hasn't been processed yet.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours through reputable courier services. Standard shipping (surface) takes 3–8 working days after dispatch and express shipping (air) 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Orders placed after Saturday 8 AM IST are processed the following Monday.

Returns and replacements are accepted if the product was damaged in transit, is missing from the order, has visible physical defects, or has a remaining shelf life of 3 months or less. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return or replacement claims.

If you doubt the quality of a product bought on our website, you can get it lab-checked anywhere. Email us your reason and return the product; we weigh what's left and refund the proportional purchase price (excluding shipping) to your bank account. It's valid once per customer and doesn't cover taste, texture or solubility preferences.
